Ryan Nicolls was born on March 6th in Sacramento, California to Thomas and Sharon Nicolls and is an only child. His parents moved to the suburbs where Ryan attended Casa Roble High School where he excelled in the sciences as well as drama and creative writing.

Ryan started college as a physics major before transferring to California State University, Fullerton and finishing with a B.A. in Theater & Dance. He holds an MFA in Acting from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Ryan voices various recurring characters on many animated shows, including Denver the Last Dinosaur (2018), Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS, Regal Academy, Alisa Knows What to Do, DinoCore, and Sugaroon.

He can be seen in the upcoming short film HOMECOMING.
